All of the information on your Lease and Location tabs can be compiled in a downloadable PDF as a Lease Abstract or an Estoppel Letter. You can use this guide for best practices in downloading your lease summaries.

First, click on the Location you're interested in generating the abstract for and then click into the Lease tab. You'll see an orange Export button - click Export, and then you can choose to customize the Lease Abstract or the Estoppel Letter.

You can even include your custom lease and location details!

The Estoppel Letter has an additional option to include a Header, Footer, and Signature Lines if you're using the Estoppel Letter as a form of official documentation.

If you want to download your lease abstracts in bulk, head back into the Locations and adjust the filters based on the location abstracts you want to export. Then click the orange Export button

Click the Start Export button

You will receive an email from hello@leasecake.com containing your Lease Abstract zip file.
