How to get help from our customer support team when using your Leasecake account.

Welcome to Leasecake! We're thrilled to have you with us and we're ready to help make lease management a piece of cake. Here’s how you can get support for your account:


Chat Support

The easiest way to get in contact with our Customer Support team is to use the in-app chat feature to submit a message and ask us a question.

From anywhere in the application, click the blue circle icon in the bottom right corner.

You will see your Customer Success portal appear.

Scroll to the section titled 'Send us a message' to contact our Support team. When you receive a reply, you'll get a red notification icon in your Customer Success portal to indicate you have a new message to read.


Email Support

Similar to the in-app chat message above, you can email us at support@leasecake.com instead of using the in-app chat. Please note that replies will go directly to your email inbox, and not your Customer Success portal.

We have a robust library of step by step articles, tutorials, and video guides to help you learn how to navigate, use, and troubleshoot issues in your Leasecake account.

You can access the help center by going to https://help.leasecake.com/en/ or in your Customer Success portal.
