Method 1: Using the Events Screen

  1. Access Events Screen:

    • Navigate to the events screen within your management interface.

  2. Applying Filters:

    • Locate the filter option and select "Event Name."

    • Enter "Lease Expiration Date" as the filter criteria.

  3. View and Customization:

    • Choose a table view to display the filtered results.

    • Customize columns as needed:

      • Add columns such as expiration dates, renewal notices, remaining options, etc.

      • Adjust column layout to suit your reporting needs.

  4. Export or Save:

    • Export the report if necessary.

    • Save the view configuration for future use:

      • Click on "Save View" and name it (e.g., "Expiration Report").

      • Saved views appear for easy access alongside other reports.

Method 2: Using the Locations Screen

  1. Access Locations Screen:

    • Go to the locations screen in your interface.

  2. Switch to Table View:

    • Start by switching to the table view for a clearer display.

  3. Customize Columns:

    • Click on "Columns" and remove unnecessary columns.

    • Add relevant columns such as expiration dates, renewal notices, remaining options, etc.

  4. Save and Access Saved Reports:

    • Save the customized view:

      • Click on "Save View" and name it ("Expiration Report" for instance).

    • Once saved, the report is readily accessible for future reference and can be quickly accessed alongside other saved reports.
