✨ Features
The below are all related to Obligation functionality:
Obligations with index-based rent adjustments can now be saved even when the selected reference index period doesn't have a published value yet.
Added inline approval from the report: a calculated adjustment can be approved directly by choosing its catch-up timing, with an option to open the Adjustment Details modal for a custom date.
Added a Review action on adjustment cards that opens the Adjustment Details modal in place, so an adjustment can be reviewed without leaving the report.
Introduced the Adjustments report, a new top-level report that consolidates every upcoming and past-due rent adjustment across an account, grouped into due-date buckets with an Approval History section, letting Lease Admins review, approve, and export adjustments without navigating lease by lease.
